Welcome to this beautiful semi-detached house, part of a former arcaded farmhouse in southern Burgenland. Tradition meets modernity in this beautiful house in the centre of Oberwart. Enter the bright rooms and enjoy the cosy furnishings for a break from everyday life. Look forward to cosy evenings after your outdoor activities, relax in the in-house whirlpool bathtub and unwind on the comfortable sofa while the fireplace spreads its cosy warmth. You can rent another apartment in the same house.



You can also unwind outdoors. Enjoy the sun on the terrace and prepare delicious barbecue dishes for the whole family on the barbecue shared with other guests.



Southern Burgenland is a popular holiday destination all year round. Use the Burgenland Card to discover the region easily and conveniently. The Pannonian climate ensures mild winters and therefore the best conditions for your excursions and activities. In the surrounding area, you can get active in nature in a variety of ways. Endless cycle paths, mostly flat and ideal for bikes or e-bikes, invite you to explore the region. You don't even need to bring your own e-bikes, as the village has a hire station. Be enchanted by the spectacular beauty of the landscape on your hikes and cycle tours and play golf on the courses in Bad Tatzmannsdorf or Stegersbach, some of which are open all year round. The two spa towns also allow you to immerse yourself in the soothing world of thermal baths, so treat yourself to relaxing hours in the restorative thermal springs. You can also visit the castles, palaces and museums that Southern Burgenland has to offer, or take a day trip to Graz.
