Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem 2007 erbauten Haus und ist rustikal, luxuriös und im typischen Landesstil eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt in einer Residenz. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück in das Tal und der ruhigen und sonnigen Hanglage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Liegewiese, Sonnenliege und Gartenmöbel.
