The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please put your sheets and towels in the hamper under the kitchen window. Any soaked towels or wet washcloths can be left in the shower please.
Please wash the dirty dishes. We will put them away. Any unwashed dishes will result in a $15 fee
Please put outdoor furniture back if you moved it to another location. That really helps! Thanks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Noise rules. NO noise louder than calm conversation outside after 8:30 on weekdays and after 9:30 on weekends. Neighbors have young children.
NO socks on the interior staircase. It’s too slick. The stairs are an unusual loft staircase. Please use them with caution.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking on deck or in the house. Yard only. $25 Fee for any butts found. Vaping allowed on deck and in yard.
