The main living space on the upper level has a great room with a custom kitchen, a fully equipped, dining table with 8 chairs, a sofa area and cathedral ceilings, 2 bedrooms, a TV room, 2.5 baths, and a very relaxing porch that spans the width of the home with views of the Charlotte Harbor.
The lower lever is perfect as a "Mother-In-Law '' suite, complete with a one bedroom w/ 2 twin beds, full shower bathroom, kitchen, dining table, living room w/TV, screened patio with outdoor sitting area, and a private entrance.
The Outdoors features a swimming pool, and a built-in table and tiki bar, Adirondack, and lounge chairs & BBQ. The pool area is surrounded by a custom unique bamboo fence.
