Beautiful home in Pula with sauna

Villa Zen, just 1300 meters from the sea, is a truly remarkable luxury villa that leaves little to be desired. The villa has a modern design and has been furnished with great attention to detail and care. Colorful details highlight the already elegant design, while large windows and balcony doors ensure that the rooms are flooded with plenty of natural light.

On the first floor you will find a spacious living area connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and a Finnish sauna with gym and built-in shower.

The bedrooms, all with a double bed, TV and A/C unit, are located on the upper floor. Three of the four bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom for added comfort.

The outdoor area is no less impressive. Numerous sun loungers around the pool provide ample relaxation space for the whole family, while the Jacuzzi adds to the extra luxury feeling you deserve on your vacation.

In the garden you will also find a covered outdoor dining area as well as a small "summer kitchen" with barbecue, where you can bring out your inner chef and prepare delicious meals for friends and family.



Villa Zen is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.Villa Zen is located in Vintijan, a small village next to the town of Pula and very close to Pjescana Uvala. The city of Pula is known for its rich cultural heritage, the most famous monument of which is the Roman Amphitheater. Pjescana Uvala, a small village near Pula, initially served as a quiet resort for the inhabitants of Pula, but today it is almost completely geared towards tourism. Surrounded by green Mediterranean vegetation and situated at the end of the Veruda Channel, the place is well protected from the wind and offers plenty of sunshine throughout the day. Pjescana uvala is known for its rich gastronomic offer and here you will find bars, stores, restaurants and a harbor. The location of the villa is truly ideal as it is close to Pula, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city for you to enjoy the peace and quiet and truly relax. Pjescana Uvala and the nearby island of Veruda are also fantastic places for divers. Further south is Medulin, a small town known for its wide range of sports activities and beautiful sandy beaches. The Brijuni National Park is also nearby and is ideal for a day trip with the whole family.
