The property is located on the outskirts of Corchiano, a small town of Etruscan origin. The hamlet is located among the green Etruria hills rich in hazel and olive groves and is ideally located to reach all major attractions of northern Latium.



The land of the villa, is entirely protected by a fence and is set amongst a large property with olive trees, hazel groves and a fruit orchard, all surrounded by shaded lawns.

The beautiful swimming pool with pool-house (changing room and shower) is the ideal place where to rest after a day trip and underneath the large portico, furnished with a 12-person table, wood-burning oven, barbecue and an outdoor kitchen (complete with fridge, dishwasher and ice-maker) guest can enjoy will enjoy al fresco meals at any time of day.



The main property has impressive reception rooms offering plenty of space to its guests. The annex is located near the villa but provides an excellent level of privacy. Overall there are four bedrooms and three bedrooms allowing up to 8 guests to reside here in total comfort.



Enjoy the panoramic views of the garden, Mount Soratte and the Sabina Mountains in the distance.

In the vicinity you will find countless possibilities for walks and hiking. For art lovers, in the nearby Bomarzo (15 Km) you will find the famous “Parco dei Mostri”, a monumental complex with a wonderful park that certainly deserves a visit. The ancient Viterbo with its beautiful medieval center is about 50 km away and is one of the most characteristic cities of Lazio. Do not miss the Italian capital, Rome capital located about 65 km away, a perfect destination for a day trip. For a day at the beach, the sandy beaches of Latium coast are about 70 km away. Lake Vico with bathing beaches is only 20 km away.
