This romantic vacation rental, located 600 meters above sea level, charms guests with its antique vaulted ceiling and a magnificent view of the sea from the spacious terrace (24 square meters). It’s the perfect hideaway, yet the beach is just a 25- to 30-minute walk away.<br>In the garden, you can sunbathe or have a barbecue, and there’s plenty of space for the kids to play. You may share the garden with guests staying in a small apartment located below the Casa Amelia.<br> The veranda gets sun from morning to night, but its roof also provides a shaded area where you can relax during the hottest hours of the day. Here, you’ll spend many wonderful hours daydreaming, chatting, and dining. There is a large table with chairs on the terrace.<br>The approximately 65-square-meter apartment features an extraordinary cross vault and century-old terracotta tiles in the large, cozy living-dining room. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a small shower room with a toilet, and a well-equipped kitchen. A crib and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.<br>Parking is available 45 meters away, as the house is located in the village (the second-to-last house) and can only be reached via the narrow, medieval alleyways. Apart from occasional noises from agricultural activities in the gardens below the house (lawnmowers, etc.), it is very, very quiet here. <br>Right in front of the house is a thousand-year-old drinking water spring with delicious mountain water.<br>There is a grocery store in the immediate vicinity (about 50 meters away) that is open daily, as well as a bar/restaurant.
