The apartment is located close to the beach to the north of Westerland. All four rooms of 75m ² large object on ground floor. In the summer, beach chair and garden furniture can be used. Parking is available. The apartment is located on the Uthlandstrasse even if the mailing address is different. The south-west oriented site offers a tranquil and absolute beach-front location and yet the center of Westerland, a 10-minute walk along the promenade is reached. The apartment is suitable. To the bathroom has a shower but in the children swim. The bathroom and kitchen are separate. In the apartment belonging to the basement are: washer and dryer. The apartment has one double, one single bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. The apartment has an enclosed garden with garden furniture and beach basket from April to October.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man benötigt für einen Familienurlaub mit einer großen Familie. Vor allem Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller sind sehr angenehm im Tagesablauf bei Strandtagen. Die zwei Bäder sind nicht nur funktionell sondern sehr schön, vor allem die Größe der Duschen überzeugt.

Die Wohnung lag in der Nähe des Strandes und war sehr ruhig, hell und sonnig. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es war alles da, was man für eine Woche Urlaub braucht. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieteragentur klappte wunderbar. Um die gute Ausstattung noch zu verbessern könnten noch ein paar Haken in der Küche und in den Bädern für Küchen- und Handtücher angebracht werden. Im Garten wären noch ein oder zwei Liegestühle super gewesen.

Sehr nettes Team und gute Kommunikation :) Die Unterkunft ist einfach gehalten, man hat dennoch alles was man braucht und viel Platz. Preis/Leistung Passt ! Die nähe zum Strand ist super, man kann das Meer rauschen hören wenn man im Garten sitzt. Zu Fuss sind es zum Meer nicht mal 10 Minuten.
