The property consists of two separate living units, each with its own entrance, making it the perfect choice for a shared holiday while maintaining privacy.In the first living unit, there is an open living area with a well-equipped kitchen and direct access to the outdoor area, as well as two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom, and a separate guest WC. The second living unit, connected by an external staircase, consists of a living area with a sofa bed, a kitchen with direct access to the large terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a separate guest WC. Both living units are fully air-conditioned.The outdoor area offers various places for relaxation. The highlight is a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. You can prepare barbecue specialties on the outdoor grill and enjoy them on the covered dining terrace. For entertainment, there is also a ping pong table. The property is fully fenced.
