Irresistible not only by looks, but also the atmosphere, Villa Nina is placed in a beautiful and quiet part of town Vodnjan. Its distance from the Pula airport is just a little over 10 kilometers, and from the nearest beach less than 4. The town has a shop and a restaurant just a walk away. Villa is surrounded by greenery, flowers and famous Istrian olive trees. It offers everything needed for a vacation: relaxation for the parents, fun for their kids. This villa is newly built, and its modern facilities, furniture and details match nicely with its traditional way of building giving it a special charm. Besides the pleasant ambient, the experience is completed with an irresistible view of the Brijuni archipelago.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Das Objekt war für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt. Das Haus sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Umgebung gut zum Mountainbike fahren ( viele Schotterwege). Ein großer , eingezäunter Garten ( gut mit Hund). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Hier ist alles Bestens

Wir waren im August 2022 14 Tage im Haus und hatten keinerlei Probleme. Das Haus war sauber und wie beschrieben. Das auf der Terrasse ein paar Armeisen laufen, die letztendlich nur unseren Dreck weg gemacht haben und dann wieder verschwanden, war völlig unproblematisch. Handtücher waren auch vorhanden. Die Einweisung war kurz und knackig, aber das wichtigste wurde gesagt. Die Kommunikation während des Aufenthalts mit dem Vermieter war in Ordnung. Ebenso unproblematisch war die Rückgabe. Wir hatten zwei Gläser und noch ein anderes Teil kaputt gemacht, wurde uns nicht berechnet. Ein kleiner Negativpunkt. In der zweiten Woche hatten wir eine Gruppe Jugendlicher als Nachbarn und eine Nacht wurde dann bis sechs Uhr morgens durchgemacht. Das war natürlich weniger toll. Man muss wissen, dass Nachbarhaus gehört dem selben Vermieter. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Haus. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Also laut Fotos waren Pool und Garten abends beleuchtet! War leider bis zum letzten Tag nicht der Fall, so das wir abends oft im dunklen draußen saßen! Das Tor wo die Autos parkten konnten wir nur mit 2 Männern zusammen zuschieben! Drinnen wie draußen waren überall Ameisen, in der Küche, Schlafzimmer, Regale, Schränke etc! Die Einweisung in das Objekt war relativ knapp und mühelos! Auf jegliche Fragen blockte die Vermieterin eher ab oder wich aus! Auch im inneren war es so feucht das gewaschene Kleidung gar nicht trocken wurde! Handtücher waren nicht vorhanden! Alles in allem würde ich das Haus nicht mehr buchen! Für das Geld gibt es defentiv bessere

Liebe Melitta, danke für den schönen Aufenthalt bei dir. Das Haus war wunderschön und genau so wie man es auf den Bildern sieht. Alles sehr sauber innen im Haus wie auch außen. Der Pool war sauber und warm und wurde ausserdem 2mal in der Woche gereinigt. Wir hatten wirklich nicht das geringste zu bemängeln. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super schöne Steinvilla, alles gepflegt und ruhig gelegen

Wir, 3 Paare im Alter zwischen 40-51 Jahren waren in der Nachsaison in der sehr schönen Steinvilla. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, alles ist schön und praktikabel eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, es ist ruhig und man kann alles sehr gut erreichen, Pula oder Fazana ein schönes Hafendorf mit guten Restaurants. Im Ort ist ein Supermarkt, der Fleicher dort ist mal einsame Klasse, wir haben jeden 2ten Tag am Aussengrill gegrillt. Das Grundstück ist komplett mit einer Steinmauer geschlossen und von aussen nicht einsehbar, perfekt für Kinder und/oder Hunde mit unverbauter Sicht bis zum Meer. Parkplatz für 2 Fahrzeuge auf dem geschlossenen Grundstück sind vorhanden, sowie eine Alarmanlage im Haus. Vielen Dank für alles Melita, wir werden sicher mal wiederkommen.

Very nice village with svømming pool and a big garden to do activities with the kids

We were to families renting "Villa Nina" for å week and we loves our stay very much. The swimming pool was the best part. It was big and clean with lovely suraoundings. The house is close to Fazana with a nice beach for the hole familiy. We also visited beautiful Rovinj. Recommended to rent a car. It's å Nice walk to the town of Vodnjan. We travelled with kids aged 5 to 17. And the oldest kids loved to take a walk to the basketball court. You will also find a bakery å little walk from the house. And nice places to eat in Vodnjan. The only negative experience was all the mosquito bites we got when er stayed at the house. So just remembee mosquito spray and allergy medicine. It was aircondition in 2 bedrooms and it worked very well. And the other 2 bedrooms shared an aircondition in the hallway. It could absolutely have been separate om every bedroom for å better sleep. This is just small things. We loved our stay at villa Nina and will highly recommend å stay at this lovely place.

Super Villa in top Zustand

Wir haben unseren 2-wöchigen Urlaub in der Villa Nina sehr genossen. Wir waren 2 Familien (7 Personen) und hatten ausgiebig Platz. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber -> top Zustand. Die Bettwäsche und Hand-/Duschtücher sind vorhanden und werden von Melita nach einer Woche ausgewechselt -> super Service. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Der Garten und Poolbereich sind ebenfalls eine Augenweide; der Aussengrill wurde von uns regelmässig benutzt. Auf unseren Wunsch hat uns die Vermieterin einen Ping-Pong-Tisch organisiert. Das Haus hat 3 Badezimmer (nicht 4) und 4 WC's. Einzig kleiner Nachteil: Ein Zimmer (mit 2 Einzelbetten) war sehr klein. Das Dorf Vodnjan war für uns nichts spezielles (eher ein schläfriges Dorf). Aus diesem Grund waren wir immer mit dem Auto unterwegs. Die Ausflugsziele sind aber sehr gut erreichbar. Alles in allem waren wir vom Haus wirklich begeistert. Vielen Dank liebe Melita

Nice and modern house in quiet surroundings

Villa Nina is a very comfortable and modern house for two families / 8 people. 3 large bathrooms (2 en suite) and 4 bedrooms on the second floor. Ground floor has a large living room, well equipped kitchen, toilet and laundry room. Kitchen has all the necessities for cooking all of your meals. Outside area is very nice with salt water pool, a large enough lawn for outdoor games, two seating areas in the shadow plus six lounge beds. Note on the pictures. This house has a neighbour house with green window hatches, this has the blue hatches. Neighbour house is close but did not bother us. The small town of Vodnjan is close enough for a morning walk to the bakery and has a large Konzum supermarket that can provide for all your grocery needs. A short drive to Faezana where there is a nice beach with pebble stone. I would also recommend visiting Pula and Rovinj while being in the area. Overall recommendation: Rent this house! Manager of the house, Melita, is very quick in responding on e-mails and gave us good service during our stay. The only remark would be that gardening was done during daytime while we were in the house. I would recommend to garden on Saturdays when the house is empty.

Erholung mit viel Platz

Das großzügige Haus und der Garten mit viel Platz zum Sport machen und Spielen ließ uns unsere Zeit sehr genießen. Wir waren mit 2 Familien zu Gast und jeder fand auch mal einen Rückzugsort. Es gibt viel Stauraum und eine gepflegte Ausstattung. Lieben Dank an die Vermieter, die sehr hilfsbereit waren.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub!!

Wir waren mit 6 Personen für 14 Tage in der Villa Nina und haben eine wirklich tolle Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Nur auf die Mücken sollte man, wie immer, vorbereitet sein. Top gepflegtes Anwesen, ruhige Umgebung, super Blick ( unverbaut ) nach Süden Richtung Meer. Der Küstenort Fazana war für unsere Ansprüche genau richtig. Alles da, Restaurants, Bootcharter, Markt etc.. Pula in 15 Min. zu erreichen. Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Vodnjan fußläufig erreichbar. Erholung pur. Vertrauensvolle Vermieterin ( bei Übergabe keine Überprüfung der Zimmer ). Danke Melita und Gruß aus dem kalten NRW

A great week in a wonderful villa !

Very nice house, garden and pool, Fazana with nice beaches is very close. We had a wonderful holiday there toghether with our friends and in total 4 children. The house can be recommended without any doubts!

Wunderschöne Villa !

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Wir waren 4 Pärchen und hatten genug Platz. Es war alles vorhanden, Grillkohle, Geschierspültabs, Klopapier und sogar Gewürze. Die Lage ist genial, zum Meer sind es 3­-5 Minuten. Wir haben nichts vermisst und es war alles perfekt. Die Bäder waren sehr sauber. Die gesamte Villa war sauber und ordentlich zusammengeräumt. Wir können diese Villa nur empfehlen.
