Hallo, Wohnung, Tiefgarage, Aussicht prima. Negativ, Sauberkeit nicht überall okay, Dusch-Abfluss völlig zu mit ...., wurde selbst ausgebaut/gereinigt, da sonst überlaufen der Duschkabine erfolgt wäre. So etwas muss Reinigungsteam auffallen. Auch ein defekter Klappstuhl auf Balkon sowie Fußtritt müsste vom Team an Sie gemeldet werden. Dies wurde mit Foto am 2. Tag von mir angezeigt. Leider erfolgte keine Reaktion sowie ggf. Ersatzstuhl. Schade, hätte man erwarten dürfen. Trotzdem habe ich mich erholt und würde in Mittenwald jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen. Freundliche Grüße Jens Lindner

Ferienwohnung mit Defiziten

Der Ort selbst ist auf jeden Fall eine Urlaubsreise wert.Die Ferienwohnung könnte mal einer Qualitätsprüfung unterzogen werden.Top war die Schlüsselübergabe per Tresor, Tiefgarage super.Die Wohnung selbst vom Schnitt OK, obwohl eine Trennwand zwischen Wohn- Schlafbereich wäre schön. Die Berggipfelaussicht, ein Traum -allerdings eine neugierige Nachbarin auf dem gegenüberliegenden Balkon kann schon etwas nerven.Die Stühle auf dem großen Balkon, billige, einfache Gartenstühle. Ein defekter Hochlehnenstuhl, eine Art Saunalliege haben wir nicht ausprobiert, sah nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig aus.Die Betten waren sehr angenehm. Der Wohnbereich, zwei einzelne Sessel, ein Hocker, ein Tisch, ein relativ kleiner Flach-TV, ein Radio. Essecke war ausreichend, Tisch, Stühle OK.Küche, Möbel waren in Ordnung, Schränke und Hängeregale teilweise sehr hoch, aber ein Tritt war vorhanden.Küchenausstattung mit Geschirr und Gläsern war ungewohnt wenig. Da ist auf jeden Fall eine Verbesserung und vor allem eine Auffüllung von Nöten. Eine Microwelle war leider garnicht vorhanden. Die anderen Güchengerätschaften machen einen zusammengewürfelten EindruckBad ist zweckmäßig und geräumig, alles hat gut funktioniert.Es sind die kleinen Dinge, die eine Kontrolle benötigen, dann ist der Wohnkomfort noch angenehmer.Auch dem Reinigungspersonal könnte man man etwas mehr auf die Finger schauen.Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung, aber wir haben schon besser gewohnt, für den Preis.
