This modern and spacious apartment under a thatched roof spans two levels and measures approximately 114 square meters.
Dining areas are located in the kitchen-diner and in the living-dining room.
Both bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds and TVs.
The spacious bathroom features a bathtub and shower. A separate laundry and storage room, as well as a private parking space, round out the amenities.
The apartment is within walking distance of Oststrand Beach and the Lister Promenade. The Lister Harbor, with its restaurants and excursion options, is about a 15-minute walk away.
Despite its very quiet and nature-filled location, shopping, restaurants, and the town center are all within walking distance.
Enjoy your morning coffee with a fantastic view of the Wadden Sea and Lister Harbor, and your sundowner on the wonderfully sunny southwest-facing terrace with a small garden. Welcome to the QUARTIERFREUND family!
Optionally, you can book a linens package. The linen package includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers (made up), 2 large towels, 2 small towels, 1 bath mat, and 1 kitchen towel. The cost is EUR 26.00 per person, including VAT.

We’ve been here several times already and always love coming back. The apartment is very spacious, tastefully furnished, and designed with great attention to detail. The fantastic, peaceful location right on the Wadden Sea is especially lovely. For us, it’s a very special place on Sylt. We’d love to come back!
