This 100 square metre loft flat on the top floor of a historic residential and commercial building was recently refurbished in grand style and awaits you with a fresh and stylish design.

It could hardly be more central:
In the historic centre of Prien am Chiemsee, with the central shopping street right on the doorstep. Thanks to the exposed location of the flat, you can still enjoy peace and quiet and also have a wonderful mountain view.
The railway station, shops for daily needs and various restaurants and cafés are all within walking distance. After a short walk or a 5-minute bike ride, you are also at the beautiful Chiemsee.
In the surrounding area, you can explore and enjoy the beautiful Chiemgau region with its lakes, mountains and landscapes.

Start your day with a coffee or tea (available in the flat) and enjoy the morning sun through the large balcony doors.
The flat has two comfortable king-size double beds (1.80 m wide), a comfortable sofa and armchair to relax in, a large Smart TV with Magenta TV and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge and everything you need.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower/bathtub and there is also a washer-dryer in the flat for free use.
Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as toiletries, shampoo and soap.

Our private car park is available exclusively for our guests. It is about a 4-minute walk away and secured with a barrier. We recommend that you first collect the keys for the flat and the car park, unload your luggage and then park your car in the car park.
