Breath taking penthouse Las Azaleas close to the beach.



Located in Torrox Costa is our amzing penthouse in a excellent location just 300 metres from the beach, cafes and a small supermarket.



The penthouse of 90 m2 consists of two bedrooms two bathrooms, a modern living room with dining area.



A modern newly refurbished kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine.

Additional amenties consists of WIfi, world TV, air conditioning and heating.



The aprtment has a spacious terrace and a large roof terrace (90m2) with sea veiws, a patio area, seedy seating, sunbeds and a outdoor shower.



Las Azaleas has access to a commual outdoor area with a garden and swimming pool.



A lift is availble in the building, free parking in the private parking in the shared parking garage of the building.



Towels and beach towels are included in the price.



bed linen is included in the price with a linen and towel change after 7 nights.

Fantastisch compleet en modern ingericht appartement met dakterras

Pros: Fijne frisse en moderne sfeer in het appartement, zeer complete inventaris en natuurlijk het gigantische dakterras met verschillende zitjes en een 2e balkon met eettafel en stoelen. Ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden en veel kastruimte. Uitzicht op zee, rustige buurt, vlakbij een strand met stenen. Een mooier strand ook op loopafstand bij het centrum van Torrox Costa. Verder qua ligging een hele goede uitvalsbasis om dingen te ondernemen: Malaga, Granada, witte dorpen route enz. Goede en zeer vriendelijke communicatie met de de verhuurder Charlotte. Wij hebben echt genoten!!
