- Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, vor allem die Küchen Ausstattung - Für größere Personen könnten die niedrigen Decken etwas problematisch sein - Für Kleinkinder etwas schwierig aufgrund einer steilen Treppe aus dem OG, wo man leider kein Treppengitter anbringen konnte - Terrasse könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein
