"Wind rose 3". Our lovingly furnished apartment offers you a pleasant stay by the sea. Only about 80 meters to the sea,
Whether summer or winter, the Baltic Sea beach, just 80 meters away, and the varied surroundings invite you to an active family wellness holiday.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A visitor's tax is payable, you pay this on site at our office.
Linen packages and firewood can be ordered for a fee.
A deposit of 100 euros is due in advance.
A maximum of 2 dogs, each can be booked for an additional charge.

The large, bright living area with south orientation, the terrace with wooden furniture, large umbrella and lounger including the sound of the sea will relax you wonderfully.

The 56 square meter apartment is barrier-free and also suitable for dogs.
The underfloor heating and the fireplace make the holiday cozy even in winter.
Maybe the programmable sauna is already on after the walk?

The kitchen is equipped with everything a hobby cook needs - microwave / blender / wand / professional knife / asparagus peeler ...? Everything there!

The two bedrooms, each with a double bed or two single beds, offer allergy-free mattresses / beds, blackout pleated blinds and spacious cupboards as well as a hotel safe. And of course the floors are tiled here too.

The apartment is on the ground floor. The terrace faces south-east.

Special feature: The bed linen for our guests meets the highest hygiene standards. It is washed with sensitive detergent (free of perfume and preservatives).

Children are very welcome.
The sockets are secured, children's dishes and cutlery are available. High chair, sand toys and a beach umbrella are at your disposal.

And when it rains?
We have games, books, CDs, DVDs, pens, a 39 inch TV with Blu-Ray player in the living area, a TV with DVD drive in the bedroom for you on site.

The bathroom is pure luxury with a sauna, wellness shower, washing machine, hygienic stainless steel accessories for the toilet, wooden floor mat, towel radiator, hairdryer, magnifying mirror and lots and lots of storage space.

Eine sehr schöne ausgestatte Ferienwohnung, alles was benötigt wird. Da wir im Winter unseren Urlaub gemacht haben ist die Sauna ebenfalls perfekt nach einem langen Spaziergang. Sehr gute Kommunikation, Abwicklung Schlüsselübergabe und Kontakt. Vielen Dank wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Alles entspricht genau der Beschreibung und die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir und unsere Fellnase haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Highlight war die Sauna, welche wir nach einem langen Strandspaziergang genutzt haben. In wenigen Schritten ist man an der Promenade und Strand an welcher man schön spazieren gehen kann. Ein kleiner Nachteil, der uns zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes nicht betroffen hat, ist der Strandabschnitt vor Ort welcher mit einem Hund von April bis Oktober nicht aufsuchen darf. Dies sollte einem bei der Buchung bewusst sein. Der Service der Agentur war hervorragend, bei Fragen hatte man immer einen Ansprechpartner. Alles in allem haben wir eine tolle Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht.

Die ganze Anlage sind über 10 Gebäude mit je etwa 16 Wohnungen. Sehr strandnah. Unsere Wohnung war recht sauber. Von dem Wäschepaket rate ich ab. Ein Strandkorb war auch mit dabei.

Tolle Lage

Wir haben hier wundervolle Tage verbracht. Ich persönlich fand die Matratze im Ehebett unfassbar hart, aber jeder Rücken ist halt anders. Die Lage ist einfach nur traumhaft. Ganz dicht am Strand und das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt. Wir würden diese FeWo immer wieder anmieten.

Schönes Apartment mit Strandnähe

Das Apartment hat alles was gebraucht wird und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Strand ist super schnell zu erreichen. Natürlich war am Strand und an der Promenade im Februar nichts los gewesen aber wir konnten mit unserem Hund die Zeit genießen. Die Sauna für ein 1 bis 2 Personen ist ausreichend und wir haben uns nach langen Strandspaziergängen in ihr wieder schön aufwärmen können. Die Fußbodenheizung und der Kamin (es empfielt sich die Anleitung zu lesen ;-)) haben dem Apartment eine wohlige Wärme gegeben.Die Betten waren nach unseren Geschmack allerdings zu hart. Das ist natürlich immer individuell. Das empfindet jeder für sich anders. Aber wir hatten mit argen Rückenschmerzen zu kämpfen. Die unmittelbare Umgebung (Ferienpark, mehrstöckige Apartmentsiedlung) ist auch nicht nach unseren Geschmack. Im Februar war es schön leer, in der Hochsaison wäre uns das aber zu voll und zu eng. Wir hatten anstelle von einem Ferienhaus mal ein Apartment ausprobieren wollen, aber das ist doch nicht so unser Ding. Das ist aber rein unser Geschmack und ganz individuell!

Schneegestöber an der Ostsee

Wir haben die Tage in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Das Wetter war eisig und die Sauna war perfekt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was eine Famile braucht, inklusive einem großen Nudeltopf.Fragen vor Ort würden sehr schnell per Mail beantwortet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Und hat der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Tolle Ausstattung, alles was man für eine erholsamen Urlaub benötigt, ist da. Wir hatten unsere Hunde dabei und man konnte mit ihnen prima in den Garten rausgehen. Tolle Lage der Strand war in der Nähe und die Restaurants gut zu erreichen.

Der schlechteste Urlaub seit 20 Jahren.

In den letzten 20 Jahren haben wir bestimmt alleine an der Ostsee über 50 mal eine Ferienwohnung gemietet. Aber so was wie hier noch nie erlebt. Billige stark gebrauchte und nicht zusammenpassende Möbel. Alte Betten, die bei jeder Bewegung fürchterlich gequietscht haben, durchgelegene Matratzen. Als hätte der Vermieter irgendwo am Straßenrand zum Verschenken stehende Möbel mitgenommen und in diese Ferienwohnung gebracht. Als der Höhepunkt für den Urlaub mit Kindern dient der Teppich im Wohnzimmer. Dafür wurde so eine Arte abgezogene Haut von einem Tier ausgesucht. Unser Sohn hatte dadurch die ganze Zeit Albträume gehabt. So genannte Sauna ist lediglich eine Schwitzkabine wo nicht mal ein Erwachsene platz findet. Und das Ganze ohne Lüftung. Es ist schon eine Herausforderung da einen Saunagang zu überleben. Da so eine Ferienwohnung wohl kaum zu vermieten ist, greift der Vermieter zu billigen Tricks um ein bisschen Kleingeld zu verdienen. Also aufgepasst! Nachdem wir die Ferienwohnung verlassen haben, hat der Vermieter plötzlich Schaden entdeckt, die nur ihm bekannt waren. Uns wurde unter anderem vorgeworfen einen Sonnenschirm beschädigt zu haben. Wir waren im Urlaub im HERBST, da braucht niemand einen Sonnenschirm. Also Finger weg von dieser Ferienwohnung. Sogar eine Wohnung für Monteure wird für einen Urlaub mit der Familie besser geigten sein als diese Bruchbude.

Schöne Wohnung

Toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schwächen. Staubsauger funktioniert nicht wirklich,w-lan faktisch nicht nutzbar und knappe Anzahl an Gläsern. Insgesamt aber schön!

Absolut top Wohnung

In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, sehr sauber und die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Ein Ausblick aufs Meer gibt es leider nicht, so wie es aud den Bildern zu sehen ist. Wir haben es aber keine Sekunde bereut, ein fester Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, die Wohnung ist 1a sauber. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal da
