The Maisonette apartment is located in Sierra Nevada, close to the high-performance sports center. This two-story property features a living room with two single sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms—one with a hydromassage shower and Turkish bath—and accommodates up to 12 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dishwasher, pellet stove, and smart TV. A cot can be provided on request and subject to availability.



Enjoy a private outdoor area with a covered terrace. Free street parking and one garage space are available. Up to three pets are allowed, available for an extra fee. Smoking and events are not permitted. The building has an elevator.



Ski lessons and equipment rental can be arranged on request. A private electric vehicle charging station is available on request. Airport and train station transfers are available for an extra fee depending on location. A van shuttle to the slopes can also be arranged on request, available for an extra fee.
