This lovingly furnished apartment offers modern, upscale comfort; its 50 square meters provide space for up to three people to enjoy a relaxing vacation together.

In the living room, with its inviting leather sofa set in front of the electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, and stylish furniture, you’ll feel right at home! The color-coordinated kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired, thanks to a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and many other extras. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm / two separate mattresses) and a flat-screen TV.


In the bedroom, it’s possible to accommodate a toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. You can add the travel crib to your booking for a fee.

So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel. The en suite bathroom, which is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway, is particularly appealing thanks to its large, walk-in shower area. A toilet and a hair dryer are also provided.

The corner balcony, facing northeast, stands out for its size and features lounge chairs and a dining table, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The sea is within easy reach. Feel the fresh Baltic Sea air and listen to the sound of the waves. A parking space right next to the house, an elevator, and a private bicycle storage room round out the vacation comforts of this Baltic Sea home. Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge.

Extras: The white sandy beach is just 100 meters away—or a few steps on foot—where your own beach chair awaits you from May through September. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee.


A special bonus: With your spa pass, you can ride the Kaiserbäderlinie buses for free within the Ostseebad Heringsdorf municipal area. Just leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your leisure. Another very special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the pier from April through October.
