This bright one-room apartment has a living area of 38 square meters and is located on the first floor of Villa Goodewind. The combined living and sleeping area is decorated in warm colors. The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. In addition to two ceramic cooktops and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, you’ll find a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The comfortable double bed (200 x 200 cm / two separate mattresses) invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep after an eventful day on vacation.

So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your fellow travelers and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel. In the sunroom off the living area—which features a view of the Baltic Sea and a spacious dining area for up to four people—the sofa serves as a peaceful retreat after an active day of vacation and also provides a comfortable sleeping spot for two guests. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a hair dryer.


In the living room, it’s possible to accommodate a toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. You can book the travel crib for an additional fee.


A parking space right next to the house, a shared bicycle storage room, and Wi-Fi access are available free of charge during your stay and round out the comfort of this apartment. A washing machine and dryer in the building are available for a fee.


A special bonus: With your visitor’s card, you can ride the Kaiserbäderlinie buses within the Ostseebad Heringsdorf municipal area for free. Just leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your leisure. Another very special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the piers from April through October.
