Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus, gute Lage zum Strand, sehr ruhige Umgebung, kinderfreundlich, da keine Zäune zwischen den Häusern sind. Verkehrsberuhigt. Parkmöglichkeit leider nur für 1 Auto am Haus. Betreuung durch Urlando vor Ort sehr herzlich und hervorragend, kleine Reparaturen bzw. Wünsche wurden aufgenommen und innerhalb kürzester Zeit durchgeführt.
