This 2 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a building in Barbarano di Salò, a relaxing and elegant area directly on the Lake Garda. We enter the apartment in a spacious entrance hall, from there we can reach the master bedroom (bed 160 x 190 cm), an ample bathroom with double sink and bathtub, a smaller bedroom with a bunked bed (two beds 80 x 190 cm), the fully equipped kitchen in a separated room, a separated laundry room and a ample and beautiful living room with large windows that look directly on the lake. The apartment also has a large perimetral balcony on two sides where it is possible to sit upside and enjoy the views of the Lake.



Air conditioning available in the master bedroom and common areas, Satellite Wi-Fi conncetion (Linkem), free street parking nearby, public beach restaurants and supermarket at walking distance.

Tolle Lage

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen in der Wohnung. Die Übergabe hat prima funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft nur wenige Schritte vom Lago entfernt. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Zeitschriftenkiosk sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das wunderschöne Gardone mit vielen Restaurants und einer zauberhaften Promenade ist auch problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist von der Einrichtung her in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Leider stimmte die Aussage mit der Dusche in der Beschreibung nicht. Es gibt eine Badewanne mit Duschkopf, aber ohne Vorhang/Duschabtrennung. Für meinen 80 Jährigen Vater stellte das ein großes Problem dar und immer auch Rutschgefahr Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es nicht so heiß, aber es gibt keine Klimaanlage und es ist ein Südbalkon.

Wohnung in toller Lage

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, der Blick vom Wohnzimmer/Balkon sehr schön. Von hier aus Ausflüge in beide Richtungen gut möglich, teilweise fussläufig machbar. Supermarkt und Bäcker in der Nähe. Kleiner Strand ebenfalls in der Nähe, leider darf er nur ohne Hund genutzt werden. "Leider" gilt in diesem Fall nur für Hundebesitzer ☺️. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und nettes Bemühen bei Problemen! Cons: Die Wohnung könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Rolladen/ Fensterschluss problematisch. Die Einrichtung im Palazzo Stil ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel wirken zusammengewürfelt, nicht unbedingt ganz nützlich. Ein Hit ist die Tapete, die auch die Türen schmückt. Die war mal richtig hochwertig. Handtücher nur ein Handtuch, ein Badetuch pro Person für 14 Tage. Auf Bitte erhielten wir unkompliziert ein Tausch nach einer Woche. Das ist doch sehr sparsam.
