We are pleased to offer you an 8x4m pool. The water temperature ranges from 19 to 24 degrees, depending on the weather.

Of particular note is the separate pool house, which can be used for both recreational activities and as a versatile meeting room. The pool house is available for shared use upon request by groups or families who have booked at least two apartments (it includes a kitchenette and dishes/equipment for up to 20 people). We charge a one-time fee of 100.00 per day/evening for its use, plus a final cleaning fee.

Whether you’re planning a relaxing vacation or hosting an event such as a seminar or conference, this property is perfectly suited for the occasion. The quiet location and elegant ambiance create a special atmosphere for any type of stay.

Welcome to the Laschendorf Manor House—a place for families, nature lovers, and anyone who simply wants to take a deep breath while on vacation. Surrounded by a sprawling park with mature trees, play areas for children, and an outdoor pool, this apartment invites you to leave the daily grind behind. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, nature, and the special charm of the former manor house in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District.

The spacious vacation apartment features 1 bedroom, a living area with a TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and oven, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. It offers plenty of space for family time together, cozy evenings, and relaxing vacation days. The manor house isn’t a perfect design hotel, but rather a lovingly run retreat in the countryside—with character, tranquility, and plenty of space to unwind.

Numerous lakes, forests, and attractions in the surrounding area await explorers of all ages. The Fleesensee is just a few minutes away, and the historic old town of Waren (Müritz) is perfect for a leisurely stroll. Whether swimming, biking, playing, or simply doing nothing—at Gutshaus Laschendorf, families and those seeking relaxation will find the space to enjoy a completely stress-free vacation.
