Hello and welcome to the beautiful Pelikan upstairs apartment (65 m²) in a quiet location.
You can enjoy your vacation in the living/dining area with kitchen. The cozy couch is perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine and exciting movies. In the well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher is planned), you can let your culinary skills run wild and serve up delicious meals at the dining table. The seating area is also perfect for chatting over a cup of East Frisian tea. Next door is the bedroom with a double bed. Enjoy the peaceful nights. From the hallway, you’ll find another bedroom with a single bed. The shower room with a window and a storage room round out the upper floor. Wi-Fi is available. The apartment also features a cozy, separate terrace in the garden where you can relax and breathe in the fresh North Sea air. Two parking spaces are available. There is a shed for storing bicycles you bring along.
Together with the ground-floor apartment “Delphin,” the house can accommodate 7 people, making it ideal for a vacation with the whole family or with friends.

Note regarding linens:
Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer a more convenient option, we’ll be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We’ll leave the ordered linens in a laundry bag at the property for you. The beds will not be made!
Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.
