We had an amazing week at Railway Cottage, a really comfortable cottage with everything we needed and more, the bed was so comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and the location was perfect for us. The weather was perfect, a week wasn't long enough for us.....We even got used to the trains, my rescue dog was terrified the first day, but by day 4 she just didn't even flinch, testament to how settled she was, I absolutely loved my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again if I came back this way.
The cottage itself is lovely, and perfect for our family of 3 plus dog. Lovely garden to sit out in, and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Very close to the railway line, which didn’t bother us. Awesome views from the front of the property. The property is operated by Interhome, which lead to the only downsides to our stay - having to pay in Euros and all the confirmation emails being in German.
