The vacation rental is decorated in a cozy country-style and can accommodate up to four people. It is accessible via an interior staircase and features a comfortable living room with direct access to the covered outdoor terrace and adjoining lawn. There you’ll find a patio umbrella, a lounge chair, new patio furniture, and a grill.

The living area is equipped with a new double sofa bed, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system with a CD player and radio. Games and books provide hours of relaxation. A wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth during the cooler months. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.

The open-concept kitchen has been newly renovated and includes an electric stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric bread slicer, and plenty of dishes and silverware. A new dishwasher rounds out the amenities.

The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower enclosure, a sink, and a toilet. The entryway includes a coat rack with a bench. The newly furnished bedroom offers two wardrobes and a dresser.



Our vacation complex is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Missen-Wilhams in the beautiful Allgäu region of Bavaria.

Here you’ll find well-equipped vacation apartments and vacation homes with 34 sqm to 94 sqm of living space. The properties are privately owned and have been lovingly and individually furnished by the owner.

The vacation village features a playground for children with a sandbox, a climbing frame, and swings—a great place for kids to make new friends.

Bed linens and towels are not included in this accommodation but can be requested after booking (bed linens 12.00 EUR, hand towel 2.30 EUR, bath towel 2.50 EUR, kitchen towel 1.10 EUR).

A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee at the front desk.

An internet and phone connection is not available in every apartment and is not included in the lease agreement. Outages and malfunctions do not entitle the tenant to a rent reduction.

The apartments are rented out exclusively on behalf of and for the account of the respective owners.
The rental agreement is concluded with the owner of the apartment.
We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of significant changes in energy costs.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
