The vacation rental is located in a quiet and central area in Immenstadt—in the Bühl district.

It’s a 10-minute walk to the Großer Alpsee, a 10-minute walk to the Kleiner Alpsee, and the mountains are right outside the door. It’s located on the southwest side of a vacation home complex, on the 1st floor. With 60 square meters of space, there’s plenty of room for up to 4 people.

The cozy living-dining area features a seating area (which can be converted into an additional sleeping space) and the dining area. The TV and stereo system are housed in the attractive built-in unit.

The country-style kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering, including a built-in stove with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator ***, an exhaust fan, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

The bathroom with a shower and toilet is small but nice.

The spacious bedroom with two windows offers plenty of room.

The large balcony enjoys sunshine all day long (weather permitting).

Bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are provided free of charge.

The minimum stay during peak season is 5 days. Shorter stays during shoulder and off-peak seasons are available by arrangement.

A parking space is available directly in front of the house.
