Huset ligger i en lugn privat gata. Hans egen trädgårdsvärld börjar bakom ingångsporten. På 800 m2 leder en trappa förbi mandel- och citrusträd till poolen och vidare till huset. Utsikten sträcker sig från Tramuntana-bergen till Palma-bukten. Boområdet består av ett öppet vardagsrum, matsal och kök samt en gästtoalett. Sovområdet har ett stort duschrum. Alla rum med stora dubbeldörrar vetter mot trädgården. På samma nivå finns en oberoende studio (det andra sovrummet), även med utsikt över Palma. Huset är översvämmat av ljus och erbjuder 100% avskildhet; Under din vistelse tillhör fastigheten och poolen till dig alla själv.
Taket, som är över 3 meter högt, är imponerande. Huset är helt luftkonditionerat. Ek parkettgolv, kärleksfullt inredda.
Palmas centrum kan nås på cirka 10 minuter. Det finns en busstation under den privata vägen (var tionde minut direkt till stadens centrum).
Om du kommer med bil rekommenderar vi att du hyr en liten bil, eftersom den smala envägsgatan till huset gör en 90 ° kurva. Inga problem med en Fiat / Golf. Huset har en egen parkeringsplats för två fordon, låsbara med en automatisk grind.
Huset har fiberoptisk internetuppkoppling, Sonos ljudsystem, satellit-TV. Tvättmaskin, kylskåp, ugn, diskmaskin är en självklarhet.
VIKTIGT OBS: Huset är inte lämpligt för barn på grund av trappor och terrasser. Vi rekommenderar också personer med gångproblem eftersom huset bara kan nås med trappor med 88 trappsteg.
Huset ligger några minuters bilresa från golfbanorna Son Quint, Son Vida och Son Muntaner och ligger på en lugn, smal privat väg. Spara en taxichaufför som inte är bekant med vägen upp till huset; han skulle förtvivla för det finns inget sätt att vända sig.
Grannarna är vänliga, lugna och hjälpsamma.
Längst ner på den privata vägen finns en busstation. Bussarna går direkt till Palma centrum var tionde minut.
Det lugna, lantliga Mallorca fascinerar här. Trots Palma finns det nästan inget stadsbrus. På morgonen en tupp, klockan i ett litet kapell i närheten, en påfågel, ett åsna och fågelskonserten - ren natur med anslutning till staden.

Stunning villa !

We absolutely loved the villa – it was everything we were hoping for and more! The space was very private, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was a definite highlight – clean, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding.Our host, Michael, was fantastic. He gave us a full tour of the property when we arrived and shared lots of great local recommendations that made our trip even better. His hospitality really added a personal touch to our stay.Highly recommend this villa – we’d definitely come back!

Amazing stay

My husband and I stayed at Michael’s beautiful house for 4 nights. We have travelled a lot across the world renting accommodation and this was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in. Michael is a great host, responsive and let us check n early after a very early morning flight. It’s clean, quiet and away from the noise but with a decent supermarket within a 5 min drive! Make sure you have a small car though! We would return

Wonderful Mallorca

The house was perfect for our stay. Good location, excellent views and lots of room for two. The hospitality was superb, friendly and informative. Highly recommend Michael's villa for your stay in Palma. Definitely listen to Michael's suggestions on the size of vehicle. The road to the villa is narrow, but also limited parking around the island and the smaller the vehicle the better off you will be. Really can't say enough good things about the villa. When we come back this will be on the top of our list. One of the best villas to stay on Mallorca. All the best.

Wir hatten das große Glück, einige Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen zu dürfen. Es war wirklich genauso traumhaft wie beschrieben. Der Garten mit Zitronen-, Mandel- und Olivenbäumen, der Blick auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge und die Bucht von Palma, der herrliche Pool und die lichtdurchfluteten Räume haben uns sofort begeistert. Besonders schön war auch die Vielfalt an Kräutern, die wir zum Kochen nutzen durften.Besonders geschätzt haben wir die absolute Privatsphäre. Das gesamte Anwesen gehört während des Aufenthalts wirklich ganz einem selbst, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, hochwertig und durchdacht.Ein großes Dankeschön an Michael, den Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war durchweg freundlich, unkompliziert und herzlich. Schon im Vorfeld wurden wir bestens informiert, vor Ort gab es tolle Tipps, die wir gerne ausprobiert haben.Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Anreise: Die Straße ist tatsächlich etwas eng und macht eine scharfe Kurve, aber mit einem VW Polo war das problemlos machbar. Nach ein, zwei Mal Fahren hatten wir den Dreh raus.Für uns war es der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten, Genießen und einfach Wohlfühlen – ruhig und grün gelegen, aber dennoch nah an der Stadt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt auf Bellavista

Unser Urlaub auf Bellavista war etwas ganz Besonderes. Schon bei der Ankunft hatten wir das Gefühl, angekommen zu sein – die Atmosphäre, die Ruhe, das wunderschöne Grundstück… einfach traumhaft.Die Bilder und die Beschreibung stimmen zu 100% mit der Realität überein. Jeder Tag war ein Genuss.Michael ist ein großartiger Gastgeber – herzlich, zuverlässig und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir können ihn nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.Die Mischung aus völliger Ruhe und gleichzeitig der Nähe zu Palma war für uns ideal. Wir konnten abschalten, die Natur genießen und waren trotzdem in kurzer Zeit mitten im Geschehen, wenn wir wollten.Wir denken so gerne an diese Zeit zurück und kommen definitiv wieder!

Mallorca retreat

We stayed at the home for a month and explored the island. The home has great views overlooking Palma, deep saltwater pool, high ceilings and lemon trees. There is also a nice outdoor patio to enjoy meals outside. The few issues we had with the home was that the interior would smell of mildew and the main AC system as well. The bed was not very comfortable for a long stay. Also the host would come twice a week to check on the property and the pool. The road to the house is very narrow one way road which limits you to a small car rental. Not ideal for parking in driveway and backing out . Taxi is not recommended

Traumdomizil auf Trauminsel

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist umgeben von Zitronenbäumen, Palmen und Blumen, auf der Terrasse wachsen Basilikum und andere Kräuter, das Ganze ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Auch die Inneneinrichtung ist gekonnt und geschmackvoll mit kleinen interessanten twists eingerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an zuhause gefühlt. Die perfekte Kombination aus Abgeschiedenheit und fast-in-der-Stadt-Sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr stillvoll eingerichtete Villa mit super schönem Garten mit Pool. Für die Anfahrt zum Haus unbedingt das kleinste Mietauto nehmen. Michael ist ein super netter Gastgeber und die Kommunikation funktioniert perfekt. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Perfektes Domizil mit absoluter Privatsphäre

Hinter dem anthrazitfarbenen Tor offenbart sich ein kleines Paradies. Überall gibt es etwas zu entdecken, denn das Grundstück wurde mit äußerst viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Oben angekommen zeigt sich ein einzigartiges Panorama, das nicht nur am Abend mit den vielen Lichtern der Stadt beeindruckt. Die gemütliche Sitzecke mit den Lounge-Möbeln auf der Terrasse ist ideal, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen und der Esstisch macht schon das Frühstück zum Erlebnis. Das Haus selbst lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen und wurde mit genauso viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist nicht nur gepflegt, sondern auch stilvoll und insbesondere durchdacht eingerichtet. Eine gut ausgestatte Küche, zwei Toiletten, ein großes Sofa, Sonos-Lautsprecher, ausreichend Stauraum und ein bequemes Bett sorgen für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt im Innenbereich. Die leisen Klimaanlagen sorgen in Windeseile für angenehme Raumtemperaturen. Tagsüber lädt der Poolbereich mit Außendusche zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Dabei ist besonders hervorzuheben, dass der Pool, wie auch die Terrasse, nicht einsehbar ist. Der Pool bietet ausreichend Platz zum Schwimmen und ist an der tiefsten Stelle über 2 Meter tief. Anschließend findet man auf den Liegen am Pool und mit den Sonnenschirmen ausreichend Erholung. Für den Aufenthalt empfehlen wir einen kleinen Mietwagen. Sei es zum Einkaufen oder Erkunden der Umgebung. Die Straße zum Grundstück ist zwar etwas eng, aber problemlos machbar. Für die Fahrt nach Palma ist die wenige Gehminuten entfernte Bushaltestelle optimal geeignet. Vielen lieben Dank an Michael, dessen herzliche, hilfsbereite und engagierte Art ihn als hervorragenden Gastgeber auszeichnen.

Sonnige Auszeit in Palma

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, schnell vom Flughafen zu erreichen und nah an der Innenstadt Palma. Trotzdem grüner Rückzugsort mit gepflegtem Grundstück, großem Pool und individueller Einrichtung. Unkomplizierte, direkte und nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir haben es sehr genossen! Danke!

Wieder ein perfekter und traumhafter Aufenthalt

Wir waren das zweite Mal zu Gast bei Renate und Michael. Auch dieses Mal war alles perfekt. Die Villa, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail und hochwertig eingerichtet ist sowie der Garten sind einfach traumhaft und garantieren einen entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt! Wir können unsere Bewertung aus Oktober 2018 nur nochmals unterstreichen: Ein Urlaub in dieser Villa ist absolut empfehlenswert! Fazit: wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Michael was excellent to communicate with and made check in easy. The property is very private and the pools and terraces are PERFECT for hot weather enjoyment! All appliances and bathrooms were modern and in great condition. AC worked amazingly well too. I would highly recommend this place!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in traumhafter Villa

Michael und Renate waren perfekte Gastgeber. Nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation und der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Villa ist traumhaft, sehr geschmackvoll sowie durchdacht eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich sofort sehr wohl fühlt. Der Außenbereich inkl. Garten und Pool ist absolut traumhaft! Die Nähe zu Palma und die sehr gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Zusammengefasst war es ein toller Urlaub! Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für einen unfassbar entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt, Tim und Romeike

Fantastic Villa - Shame about a water problem

When we first stepped into the Villa our breath was taken away. Michael, who was very welcoming, gave us a tour and some tips for living in the villa. The villa is beautiful outside and in and has everything you need. The villa itself is on the top level of the four tiered layout and is split into two living areas. The main villa with living space / kitchen and a large master bedroom with en-suite. On the same level, there is a studio with en-suite. There is a large outdoor seating area on the top level, however make sure you bring insect repellant as there were a lot of mosquitoes around. The lovely salt water pool is on the next level down along with a lemon tree which gave us some much needed garnish for our G&Ts. The next two levels are made up of a garden area and the car parking area at the bottom. The villa is located close to the centre of Palma and there is a bus that leaves from the bottom of the road, this takes about 15 minutes to get into Palma and costs €1.50 for a one way trip. Taxis cost around €10 for the same trip. We ate in Palma a few nights, the best meal we had was Tapas at La Bodeguilla, a little bit pricier than others but very much worth it. The short road to get to the villa is very narrow so if you have a hire car, a small car is required. There are well stocked supermarkets close to the villa and we cooked a couple of times when we wanted to just relax in the villa in the evenings. This review really should have been five stars but unfortunately we had a issue with the water supply which spoiled our stay a little. The water pump at the bottom of the hill kept intermittently turning off which would leave us without running water in the villa. We were told that this was probably due to the storm the night before. However, after this issue became more frequent we investigated and worked out a part of the pump had failed and was flooding the internal electrics of a valve which was malfunctioning. Once we sent this information over to Michael he sent someone to fix it immediately and the part was replaced. Unfortunately due to the hassle and inability to be able to flush the toilets, wash dishes and shower for long periods of time I have to knock a star off the review. However as this issue is fixed I don’t think anyone else should have a problem. To conclude, the villa Bellavista is a incredible place to spend a few days and relax and a I fully recommend booking a stay.

Beautifully designed villa with fantastic views over Palma

As soon as you arrive you can sense the care and attention that has been put into the artistic design of the villa without losing the functional,comfortable and homely feel. Everything we expected and more. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone looking for a place close to Palma but away from the city bustle. Would recommend a small car if you want to explore much beyond Palma city.

An oasis of calm

What a wonderful place! The photo's really don't do it justice on the website. It is hard to capture the 3 levels of garden & stairs as you head in from the lane. The house is open plan, with kitchen and roomy living space leading into the main bedroom and bathroom. It is beautifully decorated with all mod cons and a very well appointed kitchen. My teenage boys enjoyed the SONOS system and speedy wifi. There is a desk area too. The second bedroom is a separate annex with a double bed & bathroom. The south facing terrace area has sofas and a bistro table to enjoy the morning sun at breakfast time, walking straight out from the kitchen. You can see the whole bella vista of Palma, and watch the planes come in at night (no noise). Its a rural residential area, and all your hear is the local dogs and the cockerel, who was up later than us (!) The lane is narrow, so do only get a small car, VW polo or smaller. Pool area was WONDERFUL. Good size, warm and 4 lovely loungers, pool shower and a sofa. At night it was illuminated and the jasmine bush smelt devine. Perfect to enjoy a gin & tonic, with lemon from the tree in the garden. The bus stop is a short walk at the end of lane, and goes into Palma every 8 mins. It takes 20 mins and is €1.50 (felt very safe) . Last bus was 10pm. We got off at the last stop, which is central and you can meander through to the old town (with the help of google maps) We caught a taxi from the airport (cases too big for small car) and picked the car up 2 days later. The Taxi was €24 . We caught the airport bus to pick a hire car up, which was €5 each from Palma, so definitely cheaper if there is 4 of you to just get a taxi direct. Whilst there for 10 days, we visited Puerto Portals, Valdamossa, Port Andrax & Sollér & Port Sollér (google the tram) and Palma in the evenings.(by bus due to parking difficulties) Michael was very helpful prior to our trip, and was there to meet us on arrival. We had a very warm welcome, and run through the facilities and local area - moderate sized supermarket a 5 min walk away selling all the essentials - CLOSED SUNDAYS. We also visited the Carrefour hypermarket just outside Palma, which sold absolutely everything. Michael was available to message at any time during our trip for advice - and was just a brilliant host, with a beautiful home - thank you! * Not suitable if you have mobility issues or young children due to 3 flights of steep stairs & high terrace
