Fantastic recently renovated flat with privileged location in the heart of Playa de las Americas. It has a spacious bedroom and a single sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchenette and a spectacular balcony with sea views where you can eat or spend hours.
The residential offers two communal swimming pools with solarium, one for children. The apartment provides pool/beach towels. There is a parking space available. Furthermore, Playa del Bobo beach is 5 minutes away and Troya beach is a 10 m. walk away. These areas have beautiful fine sandy beaches and a wide variety of leisure options, such as restaurants, bars and shops.
It is important to note that no events or parties are allowed in this flat, and guests are kindly requested to respect the neighbours rest after 22:00. Important, no groups of young people under 20 years of age are allowed in order to maintain a quiet and pleasant atmosphere.
