With its authentic Portuguese flair and cozy, modern comfort, the Casa is the perfect retreat for families, couples or friends. Upon entering this charming home, you are greeted by an inviting entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and dining room that exudes a warm atmosphere. The interior design of the house is a tribute to the rich history, culture and tradition of the region. Contemporary and traditional styles blend harmoniously here. The living room leads to a fully equipped kitchen, a small outdoor area and a stylish bathroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with access to a second bathroom. Next to the master bedroom is a terrace, ideal for romantic al fresco dining. Our ultimate goal is to ensure our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. This charming historic property has been recently renovated. Other amenities include high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with satellite and streaming services, air conditioning with cooling and heating function, fans and a washing machine.

SURROUNDINGS

Silves is a charming historic town in the Algarve known for its unique beauty. Once a thriving center during the Moorish kingdom and the capital of the Algarve, Silves clings to the hills surrounding the castle and cathedral and preserves a rich heritage of historical sites that captivate tourists. There is a charming cobbled old town with many restaurants, cafés and boutiques. The town also has three supermarkets, an indoor market, a large sports center, an indoor swimming pool with fitness and a library.

The city is located in the heart of the region and has excellent connections to neighboring cities. The nearby highway takes you to Portimão in just 15 km, Albufeira and Lagos in 30 - 40 km and the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve can be reached in 14-20 km. Silves is a picturesque and compact town that can be easily explored on foot. All the main sights are within walking distance of Casa Turquesa. However, if you want to visit beaches, hiking areas or neighboring towns, a car is a practical option. Inexpensive alternatives are Uber and Bolt. Note that parking is possible directly in front of the house. Ideal for those who prefer a quiet location but still want to be a few kilometers from the beach and the hustle and bustle. The mild climate is ideal for sports. E-bike tours in the area, canoeing on the Arade, swimming or e-foiling in the large freshwater reservoir or a cool buggy tour. There is also a train station and a regular bus service to and from Lisbon.

You don't necessarily need a car here! When you book, we will provide you with directions including GPS data directly to the Casa. Daily arrival possible, depending on flight and time. Reservations possible from 5 nights. Also 9, 11 or ... nights
