Cozy apartment with sea views

Our apartment is about 80 m² in size and is suitable for couples, single people and families. It is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached by a lift.
To the sea side, the apartment has panoramic windows and a ca. 8 m long balcony. The living room and a bedroom have a view of the sea. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed.
The open kitchen (fully equipped stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, kettle,
Microwave etc.) is open to the living and dining room. There is a TV, as well as a VCR (movies in the apartment available).
The apartment was completely renovated in May 2012 and newly furnished. You will find a comfortable and modern ambience that leaves nothing to be desired.

Sehr schönes Apartment in allerbester Lage (erste Reihe zum Meer) mit tollem unverbautem Meerblick. Grosse (ca 8m breite) Terrasse und Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche als auch beide Schlafzimmer gute Größen. Alles an Möbeln und Utensilien vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung gerne haben möchte.Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und hat sich vom Vorfeld der Buchung bis nach der Abreise hervorragend um uns gekümmert, Kommunikation verlief ausgezeichnet.

Die Wohnung entspricht nicht dem was in der Anzeige offeriert wird. Vor allem haben wir die Wohnung überhaupt nicht gereinigt bekommen. Alles war schmuddelig und schmutzig. Mussten erst einmal alles sauber machen. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, man liegt wie auf einem Brett. Leider ist die Wohnung das verlangte Geld nicht wert. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
Staubsauger war voll und hat unangenehm gerochen.
Dusche war nicht gereinigt, dazu noch volle Sand.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub. Schon in der sehr gepflegten und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung kam Urlaubsgefühl dank des Meerblicks und des grossen Balkons auf. Die Lage fanden wir ideal, weil man ganz schnell am Strand ist ohne dass viel Trubel durch Restaurants o.ä. in der Nähe ist. Tagsüber stand ein Fischbrater in der nähe, der aber nicht ganz mit Dirks Vishandel in der Dorfmitte mithalten konnte. Nette Vermieterin, alles reibungslos geklappt.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Mein Aufenthalt war einfach nur super, die Vermieterin der Ferienwohnung ist super freundlich, hilft einem schnellstmöglich und ist telefonisch, sowie per WhatsApp super erreichbar. Ich würde diese Wohnung sofort wieder nehmen, da die Lage auch einfach zum Strand, Bars, Clubs und zur City perfekt liegt.

Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Raum mit der Toilette ist sehr klein und eng, die Dusche ist dafür sehr großzügig. Der Balkon ist traumhaft mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Wohnhaus macht insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Parkplätze im Hof waren immer vorhanden.

Eine Wohnung, in der man sich wie zuhause fühlt. Alles ist vorhanden, was in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt wird, auch Gewürze, Spülmittel, etc. Selbst bei Regen kann man mit 4 Personen den Strandblick auf dem Balkon genießen.
