Sehr angenehme, gepflegte Wohnung. Ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ins Zentrum von Eppan ca. 15 Minuten, da bleibt das Auto stehen.In Eppan selbst hohe Restaurantdichte, zwei Michelin-Restaurants, mehrere Pizzerien, und sehr zu empfehlen das Platzegg, direkt am Markplatz. Zur Wohnung gehört eine kleine aber hübsche Terrasse und eine große Küche mit einer Stube. Für zwei Personen perfekt, auch unserem kleinen Hund hat es gefallen.Bozen ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Direkt ab Eppan die Südtiroler Weinstraße, unmittelbar nach Eppan erreicht man Kaltern. Schöne Wanderungen auch leichterer Natur möglich. Ich empfehle die Wohnung!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Eppan, in direkter Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Hundestrecke direkt am Haus, supernette Nachbarn im Haus, sehr hundefreundliche Umgebung (wandern, Restaurants, Ausflüge haben großen Spaß gemacht). Küchenausstattung war ok. Jedoch gab es nur einen Topfdeckel. Eine weitere Garnitur an Handtücher wäre bei 2 Wochen toll gewesen. Die Schlafzimmer Einrichtung hatte seine besten Jahre schon hinter sich und die Betten waren schon ziemlich durchgelegen. Ansonsten von der Lage her tip top. Achtung Südtirolpass nicht inbegriffen, das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst. Ansonsten war Vermieter sehr bemüht und zwar nicht vor Ort aber hatte gute Vertretung.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft für 6 Nächte gebucht, haben sie jedoch nach wenigen Stunden wieder verlassen, da sie unseren Erwartungen nicht entsprach.Unser Eindruck war, dass die Wohnung insgesamt sehr abgewohnt wirkte und deutlich muffig roch. Trotz längeren Lüftens war es außergewöhnlich heiß, obwohl die Außentemperatur niedriger war. Das Bett knarzte bei jeder Bewegung sehr laut. Im Schlafzimmer liegt ein stark abgenutzter Teppich mit kleinen Flecken, gleichzeitig sollen dort keine Schuhe getragen werden. Die Küchenausstattung war aus unserer Sicht unvollständig, und im Wasserkocher befanden sich Rückstände mit unangenehmem Geruch.Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Terrasse und der schöne Ausblick. Der übrige Eindruck entsprach für uns jedoch nicht der Darstellung im Internet. Das Wohnzimmer wirkte nicht gemütlich. Auch das Sofa war stark abgenutzt, knarzte und roch muffig.Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war freundlich und unkompliziert. Bei unserer Ankunft stand der Vermieter jedoch unangekündigt in der Unterkunft, was wir als unangenehm empfanden.Nach unserer Abreise fragten wir nach einer (Teil-)rückerstattung. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass diese nur möglich sei, wenn die Unterkunft erneut gebucht würde. Obwohl wir die Buchung über FeWo stornierten und mehrfach darum baten, blieb die Unterkunft als ausgebucht angezeigt. Auf unsere Bitte um eine anteilige Erstattung der nicht angefallenen Nebenkosten wurde nicht eingegangen.

Fijn huisje, in een leuke omgving en van alle gemakken voorzien. Leuk patio met uitzicht op een wijngaard en kapelletje.Enige min punt was de uitklapbank als bed voor de 2 pubers, matras had vering die duidelijk voelbaar was. Patrick was een vriendelijke host die snel reageerde op vragen via WhatsApp, ons adviseerde over uitje in Appiano en omgeving.. En kwam op het moment dat wij medische hulp nodig hadden.

Sauber und geräumig, aber veraltete, unbequeme und düstere Einrichtung. Besonders das Bett knarrte bei jeder Bewegung so laut, dass wir nicht schlafen konnten und uns nach einer Nacht eine neue Unterkunft gesucht haben.

Abbiamo passato 5 giorni fantastici a casa di Patrick. Lui è la moglie sono stati gentilissimi, attenti e sempre disponibili. L’appartamento é accogliente, pulito e ordinato. Situato a pochi passi dal centro e a negozi di prima necessità.

Schöne Wohnung im 70iger Jahre-Stil, alles vorhanden, in zentraler Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter Patrick war sehr hilfsbereit, Garage für unsere Fahrräder, Parkplatz für unser Auto ist vorhanden. Kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge.

Ruhig, toll zum Wandern, Botzen ganz nah

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Eppan verbracht. Die Wohnung war gut, wir hatten viel Platz. Die Ausstattung war gut, aber ein Wasserkocher wäre zusätzlich boch empfehlenswert. Der Vermieter war nett und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Die Umgebung ist toll zum Wandern, was wir auch getan haben. Bei Regen kann man nach Botzen fahren und sich das MMMuseum oder das Ötzimuseum anschauen oder einfach sehr gut shoppen gehen. In Eppan selbst gibt es auch einige nette Restaurants und Cafes, wo man gut essen gehen kann. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Neues gesehen und entdeckt und uns gut erholt.
