Welcome to the “Giebelträumchen” (completion March 2024) in a prime location in Eilsum!

This high-quality, light-filled upper-floor apartment is situated on the corner between two canals and offers a stunning view of the water and meadows!

The spacious living area features two comfortable armchairs, a matching sofa, and a large smart TV. You’ll also find some games, books, a DAB radio, and access to the balcony (2 chairs and an umbrella are provided). Directly adjacent is the large dining table and the fully equipped kitchen, which features, among other things, an oven, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, microwave, egg cooker, waffle maker, blender, sandwich toaster, fondue set, and an Opti-Grill. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed, Smart TV, and closet, as well as a bathroom with a large skylight, towel warmer, hair dryer, washer-dryer, sink, walk-in shower, and toilet.

In the attic, accessible via a beautiful wooden staircase, there is another bathroom with a skylight, a walk-in shower, a sink, a hair dryer, a heated towel rack, and a toilet. Here you’ll also find the second bedroom with two single beds, a smart TV, storage space, and an infrared sauna. The fifth person can sleep on a sleeper chair.

The entire upper floor of the apartment features tile flooring with underfloor heating; the attic has high-quality laminate flooring. The main windows are fitted with fly screens, and all windows are equipped with pleated blinds—including blackout blinds in the bedrooms. Many outlets throughout the apartment also have USB-A and USB-C ports.

The apartment’s storage room also contains cleaning supplies, a clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment, and it is a non-smoking apartment. By the water, you’ll find a shared dock with a small grassy area for both upper-floor apartments. In the storage shed, there are two garden lounge chairs that can be used on the dock or balcony.

The apartment includes a parking space in front of the building, and a wallbox (for a separate fee) is also available. A lockable garden shed with an electrical outlet for your bicycles is also available.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.

In the same building are the accommodations “Heiti’s Koje,” “Oktopus,” and “Sielkiekjes”; the houses “Framheim” and “Lieblingsplatz am Siel” are located right next door.

Eilsum is an East Frisian mound village, one of the oldest settlements on the North Sea coast. Discover East Frisia’s historic landscape by bike. Countless, well-marked bike paths lead you through quaint villages, along canals, and hiking trails. Visit the romantic fishing village of Greetsiel or the port city of Emden with its art gallery, museums, the “Otto-Huus,” and much more.

The apartment is located in a new development, so unfortunately we cannot rule out occasional noise and dust disturbances.
