Não recomendo a hospedagem nesta casa; A casa esta literalmente largada, abandonada, faltando muitos utensílios básicos, muito distante da realidade que as fotos tentam passar. A vista da casa realmente é linda, mas para aí, porque o valor não vale nada além da vista da casa, pois o estresse na hospedagem vai ser tanta que você vai preferir ter ficado em uma casa com vista para um morro. O dono é super enrolado e sempre cobra coisas que não estavam no anúncio, a casa tá largada pelo dono, foi preciso a gente comprar até uma grelha para churrasco, panela de pressão e colchão, pois não tinham na casa. Sem falar na limpeza e estado geral do imóvel, que chega ser deprimente a estadia. Continue procurando outra hospedagem, você não vai gostar desta.

Falta de luz / sem aviso prévio de necessidade de comprar pipa de água

Gostaria de salientar que 1 dos quartos encontrava-se sem energia elétrica, portanto não foi utilizado. Não fui avisado previamente que haveria necessidade de comprar um caminhão de água para abastecimento. No restante a estadia foi boa, a casa é muito espaçosa e bonita.

A bad experience, except for the incredible view

I am sure that after writing our experience, the owner will take care of answering everything, giving excuses and false arguments so that his history will mantain the best possible. To those who read this, just think one thing: that if it had not been real and serious I would not be taking the time to write it. Let´s start. The owner promised us a house ready to accommodate 12 people, with cleaning service included. Upon arrival we find: - insufficient devices and food utensils. -Practically 80% of the artifacts with light that did not work. - Poor illumination of the house. - That the cleaning service was not included and that it had to be paid. - That the water service was not included and that you had to pay every 3 days, water trucks to be able to take a bath. (80U $ S each truck). - That you do not have a place to do your laundry. If you ask the house keeper, you must pay. - We had only one storm during our stay. Unfortunately we realized that the water entered everywhere, wetting even beds. - And the worst ... there was no hot water.it is worth clarifying something, there was no hot water not even for the first one who bathed ... never. And one more thing, and very serious: the owner despite having rented his house, kept keys and went in and out of the house at all times without our permission. One morning, with one day left to leave the owner trying to "finally" fix the hot water that we could never have, without our permission he entered with 3 strangers who moved around the house, while my underage nieces with bedding clothes were having breakfast jumped out scared without believing what was oing on. The atittude of the owner during all the stay was simply unbelievable. At any request, he always tried to minimize everything treating us like stupids ... with excuses such as: Do you really need hot water in Buzios ??? So, the view it´s true is really amazing, but believe me ... it´s only the view. We stayed other years in other houses, with no such a view, and definitely we preferred those experiences. Even the place is amazing we unfortunately are not going to return to this house. I hope these comments are useful so that other travelers are not hypnotized only by the amazing photographs of the sight.

A casa merece respeito, muito bonita, aconchegante, bem dividida a começar pelos quartos pois todos têm vista para o mar você já acorda com uma bela vista. A casa também é preparada para acomodar as visitas tem tudo o que precisa, desde talheres, pratos, panelas etc. Bom essa foi minha opinião é de mais 9 pessoas todos nós queremos voltar. Excelente Carnaval !

Confesso que estávamos com receio da casa não ser nem um pouco parecida com as fotos. Mas a casa é maravilhosa e exatamente o que o proprietario mostra! É bem equipada e tem um visual sem igual !!! Valeu muuuito a pena! Todos adoraram e não conseguimos nem ir pra praia! Lugar e casa sensacional! Proprietário confiável e sempre á disposição !!! Pretendo voltar !!!

We didn´t have a good experience.

The place is nice but the house doesn´t have what the page says. There was no internet, no TV, no hometheater, and the kitchen was invaded by aunts. The housekeeper had to use the same entrance the guests use. It doesn´t have a second choice to get inside. The owner asked us to buy a TV for the house (we spent half a day in searching one) and he never returned us what we paid for it. (He is not a dependable person)

PESIMA EXPERIENCIA

Fuimos con mi familia confiando en lo ofrecido en la web de donde hicimos el contrato con el dueño. Sin embargo al llegar empezaron las sorpresas y cada vez que te comunicabas con el dueño solo te facilitaba excusas: no había TV (se había roto), ni internet (se le había terminado el crédito), ni home theater(habían remodelado la habitación), ni lavavajillas(era un error de la web), ni entrada aparte para los acseros que tenian que pasar x la puerta de tu cuarto para entrar o salir, ni un segundo juego de llaves asi que tenias que entrar por la ventana sino estaban los caseros. Los sillones de la terraza llenos de hormigas, la cocina con cucarachas.Y encima de todo el dueño nos pide que le hiciesemos el favor de comprarle una TV para solucionar el problema(al menos ese) y nos promete que nos transferiría el valor en 24 hs. Que paso? Que le regalamos la TV ya que hace 2 meses esperamos la transferencia que no llego. Como dice el tango en la Argentina; de este dueño y esta propiedad: "mentiras, solo mentiras y nada mas que mentiras".No se dejen engañar, pura fachada. Ah, y el agua de la pileta un cubito de hielo. El sauna? En el sótano, atravesando el lavadero y la casa de los caseros. De última.

...Quando voce foi embora voce me escreveu dia 28 de Julho: " Nos realmente gostamos de Buzios e de sua casa que é muito comfortavel e tem vistas maravilhosas. Gostariamos de ter tido wifi e tv (a hospede quer dizer tv-a cabo), algo que no final resultou em dias tranquillos separados da civilizacao e longe do trabalho e noticias. Meu sogro esta interessado em ir a Buzios em Agosto. Eu vou mostrar a ele as fotos e falar sobre nossa experiencia para ele em breve entrar em contato. ( " We really enjoyed Buzios and your house which is very confortable and has the amazing views you surely love to see from everywhere. Unfourtunately we would like to have wi fi, and TV; but indeed it finally results in a quiet time away from civilization and hidden from work and news. My father in law ( I mean my husband parents) are interested in visit Buzios in Agoust. I will show him our photos and share our experience so he can decide to ask you for it.") A mensagem que recebi da Sra. Carol no ultimo dia da estadia dela, nao me parece que estava insatisfeita. Infelizmente estes hospedes foram muito ingratos pois receberam um desconto muito bom e no final foram embora sem pagar as suas despesas de agua e luz. O detalhe de que nao retornei o valor devido a ela e totalmente incorreto. Tenho comprovante do pagamento e infelizmente nao sou culpado pelo seu pais ter um sistema bancario hiper complicado onde voce tem que fazer a volta ao mundo antes de receber o dinheiro que provavelmente todos os bancos intermediarios comeu uma parte. Se tivesse uma conta que eu pudesse pagar diretamente na Argentina tenho certeza que nao estaria tao "inflamada". O Propriotario
