Résidence Olmuccio, in a quiet position in the residential district, 250 m from the sea, 250 m from the beach, 50 m from the river, direct access to the beach, in a pedestrian area. Private: well-kept garden 800 m2 (not fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers. Outdoor shower, terrace (55 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 5.5 km. Nearby attractions: Centre ville de Sainte-Lucie 6 km, Plage de Pinarellu 8 km, Plage des Américains 250 m, Bonifacio 49 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de L'Ospedale 41 km. Hiking paths: Les Aiguilles de Bavella 59 km. Please note: car recommended.

Exit to the terrace. 1 large room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with panoramic window with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 children's room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, cooking island). 2 showers, 2 sep. WC's. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large terrace 55 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Maison agréable, bien équipée (grand frigo et congélateur, nespresso, vaisselle...) placards suffisants, bel espace à vivre à l'intérieur, climatisation.Belle terrasse, adaptée au retour de plage (douche extérieure), très belle vue sur les aiguilles de Bavella et la mer.Plage à 5 minutes à pied un peu sauvage donc moins fréquentée que d'autres endroits et très agréable & jolie.Néanmoins, quelques points d'amélioration : parasol et allumeur de BBQ cassés (bbq fonctionne qd même), mobilier extérieur lourd et peu pratique, manque de quoi étendre correctement le linge/les serviettes ainsi qu'un aspirateur, Literie moyenne, décoration un peu trop chargée en bibelots etc peu pratique pour le rangement.Arrivée fluide avec Interhome, propre et lits faits.
