Welcome to my stylish studio on the fourth floor of a brand-new penthouse apartment with a breathtaking view of Frankfurt. An elevator is available to take you directly to the apartment—no stairs at all. You’ll find parking right in the courtyard.

• Subway just a 3-minute walk away
• Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a hair salon, and a post office—all within walking distance

• Underfloor heating for cozy warmth
• High-speed internet (QR code provided at check-in)
• Two balconies with seating—smoking is permitted there, ashtrays provided
• Fully equipped kitchen for self-catering
• Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM
• Key pickup via key box—you’ll receive the code on the day of your check-in
