Welcome to the land of a thousand mountains. <br><br>Just a 3-minute walk to the forest. <br>An ideal starting point for hikes (e.g., the “Sauerland Höhenflug”) and exciting day trips, such as Altena Castle with the world’s oldest youth hostel, the “Dechenhöhle” stalactite cave with its cave bear museum in Iserlohn, or the Aquamagis water park in Plettenberg.<br><br>Or you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the terrace or south-facing balcony with a cool drink and a sausage from the charcoal grill. In the summer, with a little luck, you might even spot fireflies or bats.<br><br>The kitchen is very well-equipped, so you can cook or bake something delicious. From baking dishes and a hand mixer to baking pans and a freezer, we’ve got everything you need.<br>Whether you prefer a drip coffee maker, a Senseo machine, or a French press: the choice is yours when it comes to enjoying your first cup of coffee in the morning.<br><br>The apartment is located on the first floor and is therefore not wheelchair accessible. The hosts live on the first floor. <br><br>Free guest Wi-Fi access (high-speed fiber-optic connection)<br><br>Bed linens and towels are included starting on the 6th night.<br><br>For shorter stays, laundry packages with bed linens and towels are available for a fee.
