Awesome home in Röddelin with WiFi

The holiday home is located on the 890 m² fenced residential property of the hospitable owners and is ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday in nature and by the water. An idyllic bathing area with jetty on the Großer Mahlgastsee is only approx. 700 metres away and can be reached quickly on foot, by bike or by car. In addition to a restaurant, Röddelin also offers lively village life with various events. The approx. 45 square metre holiday home is brightly and friendly furnished over two floors and offers space for up to 3 people. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining area, oven, fridge and microwave and the bathroom with shower/WC/hairdryer (instantaneous water heater). The staircase leads to the open-plan living area with sofa, TV, CD player and sofa bed (extra bed) and the bedroom with double bed. Also available: free WiFi, a furnished terrace with swing and sun loungers, barbecue, bicycle storage, cot and high chair. For a fee (payment on site): Bicycle hire (EUR 5.00/day/bike).



The total price includes water and energy consumption, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Rental fee for bicycles (5 EUR/day/bike.) Pets are not allowed in this property and the resort is subject to tourist tax.



Röddelin is a district of the small town of Templin (approx. 5 km) in the heart of the Uckermark, in the middle of a beautiful wooded and lake-rich region and is surrounded by a total of 3 lakes. The Röddelinsee has the status of a federal waterway (Upper Havel) and is ideal for water hikers, while the Große and Kleine Mahlgastsee are considered very good fishing waters and bathing lakes. Three cycling and hiking trails run through the town. Templin is the tourist centre of the Uckermark and offers open-air swimming pools, a beautiful natural thermal bath, boat hire, passenger boat trips and numerous restaurants and shopping facilities. Approximately 4 kilometres outside the town, the western town of Silverlake City opened in 2004 with various leisure attractions. Another highlight are the popular trolley rides to Lychen and back.
