Escape to Grace is a self-check-in property, so you`ll have the cottage entirely to yourself. I manage the property remotely and am easily reachable by message throughout your stay for questions, recommendations, or anything you need — I respond quickly. I like giving guests privacy and independence, while making sure help is always available if you need it.
Named for the 1930s Coca-Cola bottling plant that once anchored Princess Street, this district fell quiet for decades before two local developers revived it starting in 2015. The 74,000-square-foot former bottling plant is now Coca-Cola Bottle Works, a maker space and warehouse home to small local businesses. Today it’s one of Wilmington’s fastest-growing neighborhoods — coffee, breweries, boutiques, and Jengo’s Playhouse cinema, all walkable from the house. This is a residential neighborhood, so we ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted at any time.
