Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Die Wohnung ist funktional ausgestattet, aber auch nicht mehr. Z.B. gab es keine Auflagen für die Holzstühle (Esszimmer) und auch keine für die Gartenmöbel (Metallgestell). Des Weiteren gab es nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier und ein bisschen Spülzeug. Das war‘s. Kein Salz, kein Pfeffer, etc.Die Nachbarn (vermutlich Privatpersonen aus SPO) im OG waren extrem, fast unerträglich, laut; insbesondere abends/nachts und früh morgens. Erholung ist was anderes. Unterm Strich ist die Wohnung deshalb nicht zu empfehlen.
