Le Guetali du Rocher is located in Monacia-d'Aullène and offers you a stunning sea view. The 72 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating 2 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washing machine.



Enjoy your own private outdoor space with an unheated pool, an open-air terrace, a covered terrace, and a balcony. The pool is usually pleasant to use from May 30th to October 15th.



The property is in Monacia-d'Aullène, just steps from a supermarket, restaurants, and hiking trails. Di Furneddu Beach is a 15-minute drive away. The house is on a dead-end road serving a hamlet of 58 residents, ensuring peace and quiet.



Each house is detached, not adjoining, and comes with its own private garden and terrace. The village is set back from the main road, and the houses offer views of the coast and, on clear days, Sardinia.



Pets and parties are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors. A travel cot is available on request. Bed linen is changed weekly.



If your electricity and water usage exceeds a reasonable amount, additional charges apply.

Traumhaftes Haus in einer wunderschönen Lage und Umgebung.Die Aussicht auf das malerische Dorf, das Meer im Hintergrund und auf die Berge habe ich geliebt.Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und die Küche hat alles was man so braucht. Schöner kleiner Pool mit Aussicht auf das Dorf und das Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Architektenhaus mit grandiosem Ausblick

Pros: Einfach alles perfekt für 2 Personen. Ruhe. Gute Küchenausstattung, WLAN, Klimaanlagen, Grill auf der Terrasse, gepflegter Pool mit Außendusche. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kapselmaschine Dolce Gusto. Unfassbarer Rundumblick auf Berge, Tal und Meer. Bei klarer Sicht bis nach Sardinien. Mit dem PKW herrliche Strände zu finden und in 20 Min. in Bonifacio. Cons: Nichts zu berichten, alles topp. Gut zu Fuß sein, da Treppen und Weg vom PKW Stellplatz zum Haus

Prachtig huis met geweldig uitzicht

Pros: Kwaliteit inrichting, de terrassen rondom zodat je altijd wel ergens uit de wind kon zitten, prachtig uitzicht op het dorp, de bergen en de zee Cons: Geen TV of muziekmogelijkheid. Had bijvoorbeeld graag de Franse météo willen volgen, was nu erg stil ‘s avonds. Aantal glazen en koffiekopjes beperkt en veel te groot.
