The house is located right on the lakefront and offers a panoramic view of the lake, where swans, ducks, and other birds frolic on the lake. You can also swim in the lake and paddle on it using the house’s own canoe.
The holiday home is 135 square metres in size and has 4 bedrooms, each with a 1.60-meter-wide double bed. One bedroom is equipped with an additional TV. Off the living-dining room are two alcoves, each with two beds, which are especially popular with children as “sleeping caves.” With a mattress width of 80 cm, they also offer adults a place to sleep. Above the dining table is a sunny studio window that floods the living area with plenty of light. A seating area invites you to relax and watch TV. Additional armchairs are located right next to the patio door, offering a magnificent view of the water landscape. The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth on cold days. The house is equipped to accommodate a total of 12 people, and for very young guests, a Stokke high chair and a portable travel cot are available. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the living/dining area. It is equipped with, among other things, a stove, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a microwave.
The two bathrooms, both equipped with radiant floor heating, each feature a large shower; in one bathroom, you’ll find a relaxing Scandinavian sauna alongside a whirlpool equipped with therapeutic jets. Here you can relax wonderfully after a long day in nature. This bathroom is also equipped with a washer-dryer.
The house features both an open and a covered patio, perfect for sunbathing on the lounge chairs and enjoying cosy barbecue evenings. In addition to the house’s own canoe for two adults and two children (please note, however, that use is at your own risk), other water sports activities are available on the Südsee, including pedal boats and a wakeboarding facility.
