The house is located in the tranquil heath village of Suderburg (UNIVERSITY LOCATION) and has 60 m² of living space on the ground floor, spread over 2 1/2 bright, friendly rooms with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom/WC.
The house is situated on an enclosed, natural woodland plot with a terrace and garden furniture. In the garden you can enjoy the sun or find shade under old oak trees. The plot is approx. 500 m² in size and is in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Shopping facilities are within walking distance.

The house is about 60 m² in size and consists of the following rooms: A living room with fireplace, flatscreen TV, a bedroom with double bed, and a small room with sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher, as well as a small dining area; a bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain and a washing machine.

There is free fibre optic WLAN with 100 Mb/s.

Toilet paper as well as cleaning products, tea towels and some spices are available

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and two garden loungers. The property is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. Table tennis table with accessories, trampoline and a barbecue are at your disposal.

A car park is available for our guests on the property. Bicycles, roof racks and similar items can be stored in a shed on our property.

Arrival
If you are travelling by train to Suderburg station, we can offer a shuttle service for the 2 km by arrangement. Car hire is also available.

In the winter months, short-term occupancy also by the month.
Guest lecturers or craftsmen on assembly etc. are welcome.
