We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It had everything we needed—even the baby bathtub and changing table I’d requested🩵 I highly recommend it! Beautiful views, a lovely place to stay, and a very kind host🍀

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand, hat eine moderne Ausstattung ist gut von Split aus zu erreichen. Ins Stadtzentrum nach Split benötigt man nur 15 Minuten, 30 - 40 zum Flughafen. An der Strandpromenade gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés, Bäcker und Bars. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, verfügt über zwei vollausgestatte Bäder und passt perfekt für bis zu 4 Personen. Es war alles sauber, ebenso Ausstattung zum Kochen vorhanden. Check-in war auch spätabends möglich. Stipe ist ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber und jederzeit zu erreichen + gibt einen gutes Tipps für die Umgebung ☺️

Wow, what a find, the apartment excided our expectations for our stay in Split. The location provided for us (no car) through local transport services trouble free access in to Split and surrounding locations. The apartment has direct access onto the promenade and of course the beach, together with uninterrupted views from the balcony across to the islands and providing fabulous evening sunsets. Our Host Stipe was always on hand to answer any queries we had and I thank him for his prompt response's which made our stay trouble free. I can only state that the apartment fully met the needs for 2 couples and therefore is highly recommended.

Am petrecut un sejur minunat la Luxury Apartments Tanita din Podstrana, Croația! Totul a fost perfect – apartamentul este foarte spațios, curat și extrem de bine întreținut, cu un design modern și elegant. Am fost impresionați de vederea superbă și de localizarea excelentă – chiar pe plajă, ceea ce ne-a oferit o experiență de neuitat. Gazdele au fost foarte primitoare și atente, totul a decurs impecabil. Este locul ideal pentru o vacanță liniștită, relaxantă și totodată luxoasă. Cu siguranță vom reveni! Recomandăm cu toată încrederea!

The place is simply amazing - located just next to the beach, all we needed during our holiday was available. I would only exchange the mattresses for more comfortable ones and also add some kitchen equipment (a good pan and sharp knives). Otherwise we were very satisfied and plan to come again.

Excellent location and cozy villa. Nice views and adventures on the one-car road up and down the hill. Petra greeted us upon our arrival, gave us a tour of the place, recommended places to eat and visit, and gave us wine to drink. She was available all the time and responsive to our requests. A good example is a washing machine. It broke, and she made a replacement possible for the next day. We would definitely come back!

We loved staying with Ivo. Couldn't ask for more from a host. Any problem or question we had he went out of his way to make sure it was taken care of. Gave us great advice on local attractions, restaurants, and wineries too! He even helped us look up ferry times. The place is very well located. Only a 15-30 (depending on traffic) minute drive into Split. A 30 second walk to one of our favorite beaches. It's also a great launching point for Dubrovnik and many of the islands. It was nice to be able to do laundry while we were there. We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen was well stocked. Nice patio and backyard area, too. You won't regret staying with Ivo!
