Sehr gut gelegenes Haus nahe Ordinger Strand, Lage ist ruhig, wenn nicht der Rasen in der Siedlung morgens ab 8 Uhr gemäht wird. Das Haus ist gut geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, großer Garten, der mitgenutzt werden kann.
