The flat is located in the house and stable part of an Engadine house, which were connected in 2004 to form modern living units. Shopping facilities, the Ardez restaurants and the Ardez railway station are all within a few minutes' walk.

In the bright, cosy and practically furnished flat (approx. 40 m2) you can enjoy your holidays all around. The open living room with kitchen is equipped with a sofa bed (160×200) and another sofa as well as a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts and has a glass ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with small freezer compartment. The dining table seats 4 people and invites you to eat or play together. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2x 90×200). The new bathroom offers a bathtub, a washbasin and its own washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests of the flat can share the communal garden. The garden table is ideal for a cosy Sunday brunch.



The approx. 40 m2 flat is on the ground floor of an old Engadine house, attached directly to the historic tower (Romanesque Tuor) from the 13th century. The train station is a three-minute walk from the house. Parking is also available there at reduced rates. Shopping can be done in the local shops in the village, which are also a few minutes' walk away.

In winter you can reach the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars by train in 10 minutes or by bus taxi from Ardez directly to the valley station of the chairlift in Ftan (during the high season).
