Great place to stay
We booked this place for a week in Oct 2024.
It is on a quiet residential gated area and we had the use of a quiet swimming pool for our stay. It was lovely.
The property is near the top of the hill which gives you fantastic views of Caleta de Fuste from the roof terrace. We walked down to Caleta each day which took us about 40 mins but you might be able to do quicker. We walked back up the first day but it’s not as fun walking up the hill so we got a taxi each day from outside Fado Rock which was about €4. Very good value!
Ana was so helpful. She went completely above and beyond to help us. She collected us from the airport and dropped us back. She left us lovely items at the house like water, chocolate, drinks & food. Fabulous, thank you Ana.
The beds were very comfortable and we loved our stay. We will be back next year. I asked for a bedside table lamp and Ana came round that day with one for us to use.
Highlights of our holiday were steaks in Fado Rock (amazing), the catamaran trip which runs from the marina (near the sea lions). This was great value at €52 and included 4 hours on a catamaran, snorkelling, food, drink and fabulous entertainment. We went on the hammock type seating and it was amazing. We saw flying fish and pilot whales.
We also loved the beach. The sunbeds were €5.50 each per day. A man came round to collect the money (cash only). Swimming in the sea was lovely and there is a bar called La Perlita which does lovely food and fantastic cocktails!
