The home offers both an indoor and outdoor kitchen, making it ideal for everything from a casual breakfast to an evening barbecue. The interior kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, beverage refrigerator, Ninja blender and food processor, six-burner gas stove and oven, dishwasher, espresso and coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

The outdoor kitchen includes a gas grill, gas side burner, outdoor refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and dinnerware.

Inside, the spacious living area features a 75-inch Wi-Fi-connected TV with streaming, as well as books and games for relaxing evenings or family time. Air conditioning is provided throughout the home, with a unit in each bedroom and another in the kitchen/living area.

The villa also offers four bathrooms: two with showers, one with a shower and soaking tub, and one convenient half-bath near the living area.
