The holiday apartment extends over 64 m" over two floors and can therefore accommodate up to 6 people.
The open kitchen and living area border directly on the covered terrace. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for the perfect next evening of cooking and in the living area you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa in front of the TV.
The two bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with a double box spring bed (180x200 cm) and two single beds (100x200 cm each). Both have blackout options, insect screens and one bedroom has a flat-screen TV.
The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a shower, toilet, sink and a hairdryer.

Next door you will find a communal fitness room and table tennis.
The furnished terrace invites you to linger, there is also an electric Weber grill and a sun lounger. The orientation of the terrace is north.
You can park directly in front of the house and you can also store your bicycles in the lockable communal shed.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ansprechend eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder, der Tischtennis- und der Fitnessraum. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Naturschutzgebiet mit gut ausgestatteten Radwegen. Die Städte Tönning, Büsum, Friedrichstadt, Heide und Husum befinden sich innerhalb eines Radius' von ca. 35 km von der Ferienwohnung entfernt und sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub in Delve/Norddeutschland

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, es hat alles gepasst. Der Gärtner/Hausmeister war sehr kommunikativ. Der Parkplatz im Hof war auch sehr gut, den Fitnessraum und den Spielraum haben wir leider Zeittechnisch nicht nutzen können. Man hatte einen schönen Ausblick von der Terrasse in den Garten, zum Teich. Das Klo im oberen Stockwerk fanden wir Nachts auch sehr schön (keine Treppen laufen). Die Fahrten zur Nordsee/Ostsee/Hamburg waren optimal.
