A vacation rental could hardly be in a better location. The beach promenade runs right in front of the house, perfect for a wonderfully relaxing stroll. Just beyond it lies Hohwacht Beach, so the Baltic Sea isn’t just visible from the apartment—it literally begins right at your doorstep. Nothing stands in the way of long walks on the beach here.

But it’s not just the sea that makes the apartment’s location so unique. The center of Hohwacht, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and stores for daily necessities, is also just a short walk away.

The Hohwacht sailing, surfing, and kitesurfing school is just a two-minute walk away. Just about a five-minute drive away, the Hohwachter Bucht Golf and Country Club offers golfers—and anyone who wants to become one—great conditions to pursue their passion.

The bright living room of the “Meer” vacation apartment features two large windows that, along with the spacious balcony, offer a magnificent panoramic view. The living room features a cozy sofa and dining table that invite you to relax after a long day at the beach. A TV and a BOSE smart speaker provide entertainment when needed.

Integrated into the living room, the high-quality, open kitchen with a cooking island creates a modern layout. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers ample counter space for preparing more elaborate meals while on vacation. In addition to an induction cooktop and oven, its amenities include a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), a coffee maker and an espresso machine (Nespresso De’Longhi), a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher.

Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with high-quality beds and a built-in closet. Two bedrooms each have a double bed and a TV. The third bedroom has two single beds that can be stacked into a bed or a couch before the start of your stay. The room then offers more space for playing or, since it also has a desk, can be used as a quiet office. Please let us know before your stay begins how you’d prefer to use the room.

The apartment has two bathrooms. One is equipped with a walk-in shower, and the other with a bathtub that includes a shower. Light-colored tiles give the space a modern feel. Ceiling spotlights, vanities with large mirrors, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer are all provided.

If the weather isn’t cooperating, you can spend some relaxing time in the small two-person sauna.

The building has an elevator, making it easy to reach the apartment. A private parking space for one car and parking spaces for two bicycles are also among the amenities of the accommodation.

This beautiful vacation complex, built in 2021 and featuring 40 units, is just a few steps from the beach. The units can accommodate 1 to 6 people; all buildings feature an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and a parking space. The promenade runs right past the building and is just as inviting for walks as the white sandy beach of Hohwacht. A surf school and a mini-golf course are located in the immediate vicinity. However, the vacation rental’s ideal location isn’t limited to its proximity to the Baltic Sea. Shopping options and numerous restaurants are also within walking distance, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of a thoroughly enjoyable vacation here.
