The perfectly combined living and dining area of the apartment offers a unique ocean view through the large doors leading to the balcony, creating a wonderful sense of well-being.

The large sofa with a stylish coffee table and a high-quality flat-screen TV invites you to linger and enjoy pleasant evenings.

The modern dining area, which seats up to three people, adjoins the tasteful and, above all, beautifully designed kitchen. Here, too, you’ll find all the amenities you need. The box-spring bed (180x200) offers plenty of comfort, as does the large and spacious closet. A Velux window provides plenty of natural light. There is a small TV in the bedroom.
